This was our first time building a home from scratch and the entire building experience, starting with the down payment and ending with … well, not really ending because we still feel able to call on your assistance two years down the track – has been agreeable.

We received regular updates from staff at Today’s Homes, and we made a steady stream of phone calls, emails and spontaneous drop-ins to walk through the structure. "When we purchased our land, we had limited, if any, knowledge on the building process. Luckily we came across the Today’s Homes and Lifestyle team (THL), who finally provided us with the reassurance we needed that our dream house was achievable and within our budget, whilst not impacting on quality.

The THL team were happy to go out of their way to continue to keep us informed of the job status, answer any questions we had and the building process in general. In addition, we did not expect the flexibility, in particular the site manager, which was provided throughout the construction process and his willingness to adapt to our ever changing requirements with little or no impact on price.

The overall quality of construction was above and beyond what we expected and made our ‘first building experience’ an easier one, and one we would only do again with the Today’s Homes team of qualified and friendly people.
